Bu politika, AGITurk ("biz") tarafından işletilen agiturk.com web sitesi ve İK SoruCevap ürünü için geçerlidir. Sitemizi ziyaret ettiğinizde veya bizimle iletişime geçtiğinizde hangi verileri topladığımızı ve bunları nasıl kullandığımızı açıklar.

This policy applies to the agiturk.com website and the İK SoruCevap product operated by AGITurk ("we"). It explains what data we collect when you visit our site or contact us, and how we use it.

İletişim bilgileri: Demo talebi veya e-posta yoluyla bize ilettiğiniz ad, e-posta adresi, şirket adı ve mesaj içeriği.
Teknik veriler: Sunucu günlüklerinde IP adresi, tarayıcı türü, ziyaret zamanı ve görüntülenen sayfalar. Bu veriler güvenlik ve hata ayıklama amacıyla en fazla 30 gün saklanır.
Tercihler: Dil seçiminiz, yalnızca tarayıcınızın yerel depolamasında tutulur ve bize gönderilmez.

Contact details: Name, email address, company name and message content you send us via a demo request or email.
Technical data: IP address, browser type, time of visit and pages viewed in server logs. Kept for at most 30 days for security and debugging.
Preferences: Your language choice, stored only in your browser's local storage and never sent to us.

İK SoruCevap, müşterinin kendi sunucusuna kurulur. Yüklenen belgeler, çalışan soruları ve üretilen cevaplar müşterinin altyapısında kalır; AGITurk bu verilere erişmez ve bunları toplamaz. Müşteri, isteğe bağlı bulut yedek sağlayıcısını açarsa, ilgili verilerin o sağlayıcıya aktarılmasından müşteri sorumludur ve ürün bu konuda açık bir uyarı gösterir.

İK SoruCevap is installed on the customer's own server. Uploaded documents, employee questions and generated answers remain on the customer's infrastructure; AGITurk does not access or collect this data. If the customer enables the optional cloud fallback provider, the customer is responsible for the transfer of data to that provider, and the product shows an explicit warning before activation.

Verilerinizi yalnızca taleplerinize yanıt vermek, demo düzenlemek, sözleşme süreçlerini yürütmek, sitenin güvenliğini sağlamak ve yasal yükümlülüklerimizi yerine getirmek için kullanırız. Pazarlama e-postası göndermeden önce açık rızanızı alırız.

We use your data only to respond to your requests, arrange demos, run contracting processes, keep the site secure and meet our legal obligations. We obtain your explicit consent before sending marketing email.

Verilerinizi satmayız. Yalnızca hizmet sağlayıcılarımızla (barındırma, e-posta) ve yasal zorunluluk halinde yetkili makamlarla paylaşırız. Hizmet sağlayıcılarımız verileri yalnızca bizim talimatımızla işler.

We do not sell your data. We share it only with our service providers (hosting, email) and with authorities where legally required. Our providers process data only on our instructions.
