Bu koşullar, agiturk.com web sitesini ("Site") kullanan herkes ile AGITurk arasında geçerlidir. Siteyi kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş sayılırsınız. İK SoruCevap ürününün kullanımı, müşteriyle imzalanan ayrı bir lisans sözleşmesine tabidir.
These terms apply between AGITurk and anyone using the agiturk.com website ("Site"). By using the Site you accept these terms. Use of the İK SoruCevap product is governed by a separate licence agreement signed with the customer.

Site içeriği, tasarım, yazılım, logo ve "İK SoruCevap" ile "AGITurk" markaları AGITurk'e aittir. Yazılı izin olmadan kopyalanamaz, çoğaltılamaz veya ticari amaçla kullanılamaz.
Site content, design, software, logos and the "İK SoruCevap" and "AGITurk" marks belong to AGITurk. They may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without written permission.
3. Ürün bilgileri ve fiyatlar

Sitedeki fiyatlar bilgilendirme amaçlıdır, KDV hariçtir ve bağlayıcı teklif niteliği taşımaz. Nihai fiyat ve kapsam, yazılı teklif ve sözleşmeyle belirlenir. Doğruluk ve performans değerleri, belirtilen test seti üzerinde ölçülmüştür; her müşterinin belgeleri ve soruları farklı sonuç verebilir.
Prices on the Site are for information only, exclude VAT and do not constitute a binding offer. Final price and scope are set by written quotation and contract. Accuracy and performance figures were measured on the stated evaluation set; results vary with each customer's documents and questions.

Site "olduğu gibi" sunulur. AGITurk, sitenin kesintisiz veya hatasız olacağını garanti etmez. İK SoruCevap tarafından üretilen cevaplar bilgilendirme amaçlıdır ve hukuki tavsiye yerine geçmez; nihai yorum İK biriminin ve yürürlükteki mevzuatın sorumluluğundadır.
The Site is provided "as is". AGITurk does not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Answers generated by İK SoruCevap are for information and do not replace legal advice; final interpretation rests with the HR department and applicable law.
5. Uygulanacak hukuk

Bu koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir. Uyuşmazlıklarda İstanbul mahkemeleri ve icra daireleri yetkilidir.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Istanbul courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction over disputes.
